Managing Your Profile

Your profile controls how you appear across Pingara — your name, email address, time zone, and profile picture.

Editing Your Profile

1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Settings
2. On the Profile tab, update your name, email, or time zone
3. Click Save Changes

Changing your email address requires re-verification: Pingara sends a confirmation link to the new address, and some actions are unavailable until you verify it.

Your time zone is used for displaying timestamps and scheduling reports. If you haven't set one, Pingara auto-detects it from your browser.

Profile Picture

Your profile picture appears in the header next to your account menu. Accounts without a picture show a generic user icon.

Uploading a Picture

1. Go to Settings → Profile
2. Click Upload photo
3. Choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image up to 5MB

The new picture appears immediately. Uploading a new picture replaces the previous one — the old image is deleted from storage, not archived.

Your email address must be verified before you can upload a picture.

Removing Your Picture

Click Remove next to your avatar in Settings → Profile. The image is permanently deleted from storage and your avatar returns to the generic user icon.

Privacy

• Profile pictures are stored on servers operated by Pingara and served over HTTPS
• When you remove your picture — or delete your account — the stored image is permanently deleted
• Pictures are validated server-side; only real JPEG, PNG, or WebP image files are accepted
